Information on this site
Accurate, but not a contract
We take real care with what is published here, particularly the tuition figures, which most school websites hide. Care is not a guarantee.
- Nothing here is an offer of a placeAvailability changes constantly. A place exists only when the school confirms it in writing and the enrollment paperwork is complete.
- Published figures may changeTuition, fees, schedules, calendar dates and program details are reviewed and updated, and the school may change them. Where a figure matters to your decision, confirm it with the office.
- Signed paperwork governsIf anything on this website conflicts with your enrollment application or financial agreement, those documents govern.
- Educational information is generalDescriptions of the Montessori method and of childhood development on this site are general information, not advice about a particular child.

Questions
Common questions about these terms
- Does using this website enroll my child? No. Nothing on this website creates a place, a reservation or a contract. Enrollment happens through the school’s enrollment application and financial agreement, and a place exists only once the school has confirmed it in writing.
- Are the tuition figures on this site binding? They are published in good faith and reviewed regularly, but the figures that bind are the ones in the financial agreement you sign. If this website and your signed paperwork ever disagree, the paperwork governs.
- Can we reuse text or images from this site? No, other than the ordinary personal use of reading and printing a page. The content, layout and images belong to the school or its licensors.
- What if something here is out of date?Tell us and we will fix it — call 650-616-9000. Dates, fees and program details change, and where a specific detail matters to your decision, confirm it with the school office.
