Admissions

Mils Montessori has an open enrollment process throughout the year, pending availability. Our school year operates like a traditional school with the beginning of the school year starting in September and ending in June. We also offer two summer sessions for our students, and although it is not mandatory it is highly recommended to enroll your child to continue his/her education and social stimulation through the summer months.

Program, Time, and Tuition for 2011-2012 Academic School Year:
Please note that the annual tuition is based on a 180-day school year. You can pay the year tuition in one payment and receive a 5% discount or pay in 10 monthly installments. 

Daycare costs during school holidays:

Hourly charge: $10
Extended full day (7:30-6:00pm): $70 for one child;  with sibling $120

Additional hours:

Monthly: 
Extra morning hour (8:00-9:00am): $120
Extra afternoon hour (2:30-3:30): $120

Daily:
Any additional hours: $10 per hour

Registration Fee:
Initial enrollment fee (new students only): $200.00

Book, materials, and testing fee: One annual charge
Pre-school II: $250.00
Kindergarten & Elementary: $400.00

Please note that all extra curricular activities and hot lunch have an additional fee.

Enrollment:

To begin the process of admissions, we encourage all prospective parents to visit the school for a tour, where they can see the classrooms in session and receive all the important documents containing our policies and applications. Tours are given Mondays- Thursdays between the hours of 9:30am- 11:00 am. Tours are typically around 30 minutes long and we encourage you to bring your child during your visit.
